Flavia D’Erasmo is a values-driven nonprofit leader who is passionate about strategic impact and creating healthy, effective teams. In her current role as the International Director of HR & Operations at Positive Money, a nonprofit dedicated to shaping a fair, democratic, and sustainable economy through reimagining the money and banking system, Flavia is focused on growing a global team with a thriving organizational culture. She was previously the Executive Director of Beyond Carnism – an international animal protection organization – where she worked in many capacities during her 6-year tenure. Flavia is a certified HR generalist and DEIB specialist. She serves as an advisory board member for Thrive Philanthropy and as a strategic advisor for the Animal & Vegan Advocacy (AVA) Summit. Flavia grew up in Italy and Indonesia. She has lived in 10+ countries and traveled to over 50.
