Dr. Krista Hiddema is a renowned expert in organizational development, work, and leadership, and has consulted with organizations globally, large and small, to prioritize the health of their workplaces. She holds a doctorate in social sciences where her research focused on the need to utilize ecofeminist principles of care, compassion, and collaboration in matters of nonprofit board governance and leadership, which lead to her developing The Care-Based Model of Non-Profit Board Governance™.
