Leadership Essentials, with Scarlet Spark

Leadership can be hard, but what if you knew a very small number of skills to help you handle every situation?

Thrive Philanthropy has partnered with Scarlet Spark to provide a Leadership Essentials for Vegan Organizations Virtual Workshop for Thrive grantees and other organizations in the vegan space.

This fast-track 2-hour workshop will quickly ramp up your leadership skills. In the first hour, you’ll discover the 4 foundational skills that amplify the impact of your team and make your work as a leader more fulfilling. 

The second half of the session will be an office hour, where you can bring your most pressing leadership challenges to the Scarlet Spark team and they will provide expert advice backed by research and experience advising over 100 advocacy organizations.

When & Where & Who?
This is a 2-hour online workshop and the same workshop will be held on two different dates and times to suit multiple timezones. Anyone working in the vegan or animal space is invited, you need not be a grantee. Multiple people from the same organization are welcome to register. The workshop will be recorded for those who can’t make the live sessions.
